To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms and deadlines mentioned.
Poster Layout and Design
- Title and Author Information: Place at the top center.
- Sections: Arrange in a logical flow, often left to right or top to bottom.
- Fonts: Use large, readable fonts (e.g., Title: 72-100 pt, Headings: 48-72 pt, Body text: 24-48 pt).
- Colors: Use a consistent color scheme that enhances readability.
- Graphics: Ensure all graphics are high resolution and clearly labeled.
- Spacing: Maintain adequate spacing between sections to avoid clutter.
Poster Presentation
- A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
- Poster presenters are able to explain their material, answer questions, exchange contact information, and fully discuss the subject matter, as visitors examine the displays during the time allocated for poster presentation.
- You could print your poster and attend the conference.
Online Poster Presentation
- Each Poster will be displayed at the Conference for 05 Minutes. (03 minutes & 02 minutes)
- Posters should be one page PowerPoint Slide/PDF/Image
- All Posters will be uploaded on the Conference Website before the conference for all the participants to download or go through it.
- The poster should be sent to the Conference Committee by 2 weeks before the conference date.
- Posters should represent the original work.
- The Poster should be written in English.
- Please indicate one – three most relevant themes for your Poster from the conference tracks.
- Please send in a brief biography together with the Poster
- Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be asked to revise.
- Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.
- The Poster should be submitted in the format Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or specialized tools like Canva or PosterMyWall. Be sure to follow the specific submission guidelines provided by the conference.
